When reporting a problem

Include the app version, Windows version, what you expected and what happened. Keep the cleanup receipt and quarantine directory. Include the failed operation and error message, with private paths removed if possible.

Compatibility and scope

Review reference files carefully. Quarantine uses disk space and is not a substitute for an independent backup.

Source and licenses

DupliSift is built from dupeGuru open-source software. Our public source repository includes the application changes, build instructions and available license notices. Native dependency and release checks remain in progress.

Purchases

There is no published Store listing yet. Once the app is available, Microsoft Store will handle purchases and refunds through your Microsoft account order history.
